I love this boot store. Sales Lady helped me find the perfect boot for me. She didn’t make me feel rushed and made great recommendations. They also stretched the boot to fit perfectly. They really made me feel like a lady. Thank u. From the girl in New York.

When I first walked in, I realized that I wasn’t greeted. I was the one who said hi first and asked if they could help me find some boots. This young guy helped me and then yarisbel? Not sure if I spelled her name, right. She came up to me and was very nice, I was trying on a dress and said I could try on the dress with boots too. Made me feel more comfortable. She was a sweetheart. Will come back again, hopefully this time they’re a bit more welcoming. Besides that, they have plenty of options!

Great place to go and buy western and cowboy hats. They have a lot of options for hats, boots, clothes and letter belts. The personal at the store are friendly and give you helpful hints about the quality and durability of the products. Also, they offer cases to protect the hats and clean it. Recommend

Bad service, went to return a shirt and purchased something else and noticed lady only refunded the price of the item not the whole sale with taxes. Showed them receipt and and tried explaining to the cashier but they tried giving me a different story. Shows how far they'll go to get a couple dollars more. Just left the place not worth the argument. Please check all your purchases receipts, can't imagine how many more times they've done it to other customers.

Tbh I never had a problem when I would come to the store till now this was my first time having bad service I came in the store with my mom and brothers and one of the workers (she had a black jacket and have long black hair didn’t get her name) was following us around the whole store making it seem like we was going to steal she didn’t say nothing at all didn’t ask if we Needed help or if we was looking for something in particular like they normally do the worker followed us all around till it came to check out felt very uncomfortable couldn’t shop in peace knowing that we had someone following us like that and making it seem like we was stealing.
